The property has an additional stand-alone cottage, with 7 dedicated parking spaces situated on approximately 1.85 acres of landscaped grounds with approximately 400ft of creek frontage on Gold Run Creek. The historical 1853 Water Flume that divides the property is a Nevada City Iconic Landmark, at the entrance of Stiles Mill Park.
Each of the 5 guest rooms has a private bath with a walk-in shower, fireplace, and flat-panel HDTV. Three rooms have a private deck or balcony overlooking the landscaped yard and creek. Features of the common areas include a wood-burning stove, comfortable couches and a varied selection of reading material and games.
The breakfast is served in the common main dining table in the dining room or on the outdoor deck on one of several small bistro sets (weather permitting). Guest parking is available on the property. There are seven off-street guest parking spaces available on the property.
There are many areas around the property and canyon to enjoy outdoor seating, on the common deck, private balconies, creek side patio with fire pit and various nooks placed in and around the landscaped hillside overlooking the creek.
